Client agrees to provide a safe, stable, and covered setup area for all equipment. In the event of high winds, rain, or any unsafe weather conditions, Vegas Girls Events reserves the right to refuse setup or terminate service for safety reasons. If we are unable to complete setup or perform services due to unsafe conditions caused by inadequate shelter or location.

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone.

No Refunds and No Exchanges. All Deposits and services Are Non Refundable,

We offer 360’ PhotoBooth , Glam Booth with prints, black & white Photo Booth , Social booth, cotton candy , popcorn, shaved ice , face painting and more!

What is your pricing like?

Our pricing varies depending on the type of event, services required, and other factors. Contact us for a personalized quote.

How do I reserve my event date?

A deposit payment is required to reserve your date and time of the event. All deposits non-refundable. Final payment is due one week prior to event .

Do you do events on the Las Vegas Strip and is there a travel fee?

Yes we do, all events on the Las Vegas strip , lake Las Vegas and any events at casinos or resorts and El PALACIO DEL SOL will incur a travel fee.

Does VGE Do Outside Events?

Events held at ,”ranchos”, or outdoor venues , ranches , rodeo type grounds , dirt type flooring , haciendas , villas ,will incur a $50.00 fee.
THE CLIENT AGREES TO PROVIDE A SAFE, STABLE, AND COVERED SETUP AREA FOR ALL EQUIPMENT. IN CASES OF HIGH WINDS, RAIN, OR ANY UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS, VEGAS GIRLS EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SETUP OR TERMINATE SERVICE FOR SAFETY REASONS. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE SETUP OR PERFORM SERVICES DUE TO UNSAFE CONDITIONS STEMMING FROM INADEQUATE SHELTER OR LOCATION, WE WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

What About Events Held During Summer/ Vegas’ Hot Seasons?

All events held during the hot season must be indoors with air conditioning.

What If I Need To Cancel My Event?

We understand plans change and there may be times you need to cancel an event. If cancellation is made in writing more than 7 days prior to your event start time, you will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event start time will not receive any amount refunded.

My Event Is Outside?

*OUTDOOR EVENT REQUIREMENTS*

To ensure a successful photo booth experience, please note the following requirements for outdoor events:

- *Approval required*: Prior approval is needed before reserving a photo booth for an outdoor event.

- *Covered area or tent*: A covered area or tent must be provided over the photo booth.

- *Weather conditions*:

- Precipitation probability: 0%

- No winds

- Suitable weather conditions

- *Ground requirements*: Paved, leveled ground is necessary.

- *Power access*: Standard power access is required.

- *Backup plan*: A backup indoor location is recommended.

*IMPORTANT NOTES*

- We may not have complete control over lighting, which could impact photo quality.

- In case of bad weather, we may need to take down the photo booth early, and no refunds will be given.
